AMMAN promotes school-based waste management in West Sumbawa
Jakarta, July 28 -- PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMMAN) is promoting environmental education and waste management through its School Waste Management Program, encouraging students to adopt circular-economy practices.
The program targets elementary and junior high school students in West Sumbawa, integrating environmental education with practical waste-management activities, according to a company statement Tuesday.
Students are encouraged to separate waste, apply the 3R principles-Reduce, Reuse and Recycle-and recognize waste as a resource that can be processed and reused.
