Indonesia, April 18 -- A joint forensic team has successfully identified all eight victims of the PK-CFX helicopter crash in Sekadau District, Head of West Kalimantan Regional Police's Bhayangkara Hospital, Senior Commissioner J. Ginting, announced on Saturday.

While the identification is complete, officials are finalizing the reconciliation stage-the final cross-referencing of antemortem and postmortem data-before the bodies are released to their respective families.

The intensive identification process was led by the Health and Medical Services Unit alongside four forensic specialists. Ginting confirmed that the team successfully accounted for all eight passengers previously reported missing following the accident.
