Sena (UBT) Urges AAP, DMK to Set Aside Congress Differences, Unite Against 'Dictatorship'
India, Oct. 8 -- The Shiv Sena (UBT) on Thursday urged the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) to set aside their differences with the Congress and join the opposition campaign against what it described as "dictatorship".
In an editorial published in the party mouthpiece Saamana, the Shiv Sena (UBT) criticised the two parties for staying away from the INDIA bloc's protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the Election Commission's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
"The entire country has been witnessing protests against the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), but the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) have stayed away from it," the editorial said....
