India, Oct. 10 -- Delhi has witnessed heightened security arrangements ahead of the Cockroach Janata Party's (CJP) proposed October 10 protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, with reports stating that CJP spokesperson Ratna Singh and YouTuber Dhruv Rathee have been detained.

The proposed demonstration, described by supporters as "Jantar Mantar 2.0", is expected to draw attention to allegations of electoral irregularities and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise. The protest comes amid growing political tensions over the Election Commission's functioning and opposition allegations of irregularities in electoral rolls.
