India, March 31 -- Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday unveiled the BJP's manifesto for the upcoming Assam Assembly elections, promising protection of land, heritage and dignity of indigenous communities, along with a massive Rs.5 lakh crore infrastructure investment.
The party's 'Sankalp Patra' outlines 31 key promises, including measures to reclaim encroached land, implement a Uniform Civil Code, and boost employment opportunities for the youth while accelerating the state's overall development.
