Srilanka, Aug. 31 -- Labour Minister and Deputy Minister of Finance and Planning Dr. Anil Jayantha Fernando says the opportunity has now arisen to implement the "social protection" proposals outlined in the government's policy statement.



Minister Fernando emphasized that the cooperation of all stakeholders will be essential to successfully implement the proposals.



The Minister made these remarks while attending the technical presentation of the National Action Plan on Social Care for the next 10 years.
