Sri Lanka, Aug. 26 -- Sri Lanka is set to take a significant step towards strengthening its position in the regional digital finance landscape with the inaugural Sri Lanka FinTech Festival 2026, organized by the Fintech Forum Sri Lanka in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy.

The two-day flagship event will be held from November 02 to November 03, 2026 at Shangri-La Colombo, the Deputy Minister of Digital Economy, Eranga Weeraratna said.

The Festival was officially announced at a press conference held yesterday (25) at Amari Colombo, where the organizers also unveiled the official Festival website, the statement said.
