Srilanka, Nov. 3 -- Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya has highlighted Sri Lanka's commitment to universal healthcare and presented investment opportunities in climate-resilient agriculture and green port development at two high-level Commonwealth gatherings held in Antigua and Barbuda.
