Srilanka, Sept. 21 -- Police have recovered more than 21 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine('Ice') during a special raid on a residence in Walgama, Matara.



A male and a female were taken into custody during the operation, police said.



The raid was conducted as part of a special operation targeting the trafficking and distribution of narcotics in the area.



Further investigations into the suspects and the recovered narcotics are being conducted by police.
