Srilanka, July 20 -- Newly appointed Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Damian Fernando, has met with Presidential Secretary Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake at the Presidential Secretariat this morning (20).



During the meeting, the Presidential Secretary congratulated Vice Admiral Fernando on his appointment as the 27th Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy.



To commemorate the official meeting, the Navy Commander also presented a memento to the Presidential Secretary.
