Srilanka, June 21 -- Manori Sallay, the wife of former head of the State Intelligence Service (SIS), Major General (Retired) Suresh Sallay, has lodged a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Victims of Crime and Witnesses.



The complaint alleges that a civilian-clothed individual believed to be linked to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has been repeatedly monitoring her and her two children.



According to the complaint, the individual followed her 17-year-old daughter and 22-year-old son when they visited the Colombo National Hospital yesterday (20) to inquire about their father's condition.
