Srilanka, Oct. 3 -- A memorandum calling for the necessary state intervention to secure the release of Sivarasa Anojan, who has been sentenced to death in Saudi Arabia, was submitted to President Anura Kumara Dissanayake by the Mahanayake Theros of the Ramanna Maha Nikaya and the Amarapura Maha Nikaya.
