Sri Lanka, May 21 -- A suspect has been arrested in the Dematagoda area by the Western Province North Crimes Division while allegedly in possession of 39 kilograms of 'Ice' (crystal methamphetamine) narcotics and 5 kilograms of Kerala ganja, according to Sri Lanka Police.
