Sri Lanka, Aug. 20 -- Former Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy Admiral of the Fleet Wasantha Karannagoda and Yoshitha Rajapaksa, the son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, have been served indictments before the Colombo High Court in connection with corruption allegations.

Following the filing of the indictments, the High Court judge ordered that both accused be released on bail, Ada Derana reporter said.

The indictments were filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC).
