Srilanka, Oct. 24 -- Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya stated that a formal procedure is being developed not only to improve infrastructure in schools but also to recruit qualified and skilled personnel into the education system.

The Prime Minister, who is also the Minister of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education, made these remarks while participating in the ceremony to hand over the newly constructed two-storey building at Kadawalawawa Maha Vidyalaya to students today (24).
