Sri Lanka, Sept. 2 -- The need to expeditiously formulate a national policy, with the participation of all relevant stakeholders and institutions, to mitigate the human-elephant conflict was emphasized at the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Environment, Agriculture and Resource Sustainability.
