Srilanka, Sept. 14 -- Police have arrested two individuals suspected of being involved in a hand grenade attack on a house along Sirisangabo Mawatha in Dehiwala.



Further investigations into the arrested suspects are currently underway.



The attack, which occurred on September 11, resulted in the deaths of two children.



According to police, an unidentified individual carried out the hand grenade attack on a residence on Sirisangabo Mawatha in Dehiwala at around 3.00 a.m. on September 11.



CCTV footage reportedly captured the suspect arriving at the scene in a three-wheeler.



Police said the suspect knocked on the front door of the residence and hurled a hand grenade inside after the occupants opened the door.
