Srilanka, Oct. 8 -- The Colombo High Court has rejected the preliminary objections raised by the defendants seeking the dismissal of a case filed by the Bribery Commission against three individuals, including former State Minister Shasheendra Rajapaksa, over alleged corruption.



Accordingly, Colombo High Court Judge Ravindra Premaratne ordered that the case proceed under the existing indictments, said Ada Derana reporter.
