Sri Lanka, April 1 -- A Bangladeshi expatriate has been killed by falling debris after the UAE intercepted a drone in Fujairah, reports Dubai-based daily Khaleej Times.
The UAE's air defence intercepted the drone on Wednesday, resulting in debris falling onto a farm.
A total of 12 people have been killed in the UAE in Iranian retaliation after the US and Israel launched strikes on the Middle Eastern country in late February, as per the Khaleej Times.
Among the dead are two members of the Emirates' armed forces, a Moroccan civilian contracted by the armed forces, and expatriates from Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Palestine, and India.
