Additional Solicitor General makes explosive claims in Suresh Sallay's case
Srilanka, Sept. 15 -- Additional Solicitor General Dileepa Peiris today (15) informed the Colombo Fort Magistrate's Court that investigations had uncovered information suggesting that Military Intelligence had prior knowledge of the 2019 Easter Sunday terrorist attacks but deliberately withheld vital intelligence, allegedly allowing the attacks to take place.
The allegations were made during the latest hearing of the case against three suspects, including former Director of the State Intelligence Service (SIS) Major General (Retd.) Suresh Sallay, in connection with the Easter Sunday attacks.
