Srilanka, July 20 -- At the diplomatic-level forum held alongside the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in Shanghai, China, Sri Lanka's Deputy Minister of Digital Economy, Eng. Eranga Weeraratne, delivered a keynote address.
