Puducherry, Feb. 18 -- Floral tributes were paid to freedom fighter Sindanai Sirppi Singaravelar on his 159th birth anniversary here on Monday.
Chief Minister V Narayanasamy garlanded the statue of Singaravelar here on behalf of the government.
Leaders of different political parties including CPI National Council Member Na Ra Kalainathan and fishermen associations also garlanded the statue to mark the occasion.
