Kannur, Feb. 11 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which probed the murder of Muslim Students Federation (MSF) worker Abdul Shukoor in 2012, has submitted the charge sheet in Thalassery Sessions Court slapping murder and conspiracy charges against CPI(M) leaders P Jayarajan and Kallyassery MLA T V Rajesh.
The CBI has charged section 120(b) IPC (read with 302 IPC, murder and conspiracy charge) against the CPI(M) Kannur district secratary P Jayarajan and T V Rajesh, MLA in the subsidiary charge-sheet submitted at the court.
On last week, the CBI filed the charge sheet before the Ernakulam CBI court and they asked to submit before the Thalassery Sessions Court, where the trial is going on.
