Ganjam, Jan. 16 -- Police on Wednesday arrested a man on charges of his 7-year-old nephew after abducting him from his house in Gosaninuagaon area on January 12.
According to information, the accused Debasish Panda of Jajpur area, a distance uncle of Ayush Anshuman had kidnapped the minor boy on pretext of dropping him at school on January 12.
When the family members of the boy came to know about the disappearance of the kid, they lodged an FIR at Gosaninuagaon police against Panda.
Police launched an investigation and detained Panda for interrogation in connection with the incident.
