Bangladesh, July 19 -- Libyas oil industry is showing renewed signs of life. A reshuffled leadership at the National Oil Corporation (NOC), fresh licensing rounds, ambitious production targets, and renewed interest from international energy companies have fueled optimism that the country is finally emerging from more than a decade of political instability. On the surface, these developments suggest that Libya is rebuilding one of Africas most important petroleum sectors and positioning itself once again as a major supplier to European and global energy markets.
