Bangladesh, Sept. 9 -- Former Philippine House Speaker Martin Romualdez, a cousin of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., has been arrested in connection with a massive corruption case involving alleged kickbacks from government infrastructure projects, placing one of the countrys most influential political figures at the center of a widening anti-graft investigation.
