Bangladesh, Sept. 22 -- The long-running congressional examination of alleged political weaponization inside the Federal Bureau of Investigation has entered another contentious phase, with newly released emails offering a detailed look at how several FBI agents sought to initiate or expand investigations involving Donald Trump and other prominent political figures.

The documents were released by Republican Sen.
