India, Oct. 12 -- Zoom Communications has appointed Andrew Hindmarch as Head of Channel for Asia Pacific (APAC), with responsibility for its regional channel strategy and partner network.

The appointment comes as businesses across APAC explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can be integrated into employee workflows and customer engagement. Technology partners are playing a growing role in helping organisations deploy these capabilities and connect collaboration tools with wider business processes.
