India, Aug. 10 -- Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BCSSL) said its wholly owned US subsidiary, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions-USA (BCSSL-USA), has signed a Statement of Work (SOW) with SpaceX International, MY, with a minimum contractual commitment of USD 150 million over 18 months.

The SOW, executed under the Master Services Agreement signed between the two companies on 9 July 2026, covers AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data-centre services.
