India, July 30 -- Snowflake has introduced Cortex AI Gateway, a new platform aimed at helping enterprises manage and secure AI agents as they increasingly operate across corporate data, applications, models and tools.

The company said the gateway is designed to address two growing challenges associated with enterprise AI adoption: security and the rising cost of AI consumption. It provides a central layer through which organisations can control agent access, monitor activity, route requests between models and track AI usage.
