India, Aug. 4 -- Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region Jyotiraditya Scindia and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will jointly host an investors' meeting in Mumbai on 4 August to attract investments for India's first Telecom Manufacturing Zone (TMZ) in Gwalior.

The meeting follows the launch of the country's first Telecom Manufacturing Zone on 30 July, when the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and the Government of Madhya Pradesh signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish the facility. The Mumbai roadshow is aimed at building on the initial industry response and attracting additional investment commitments for the project.
