India, April 14 -- Delinea, an identity security platform provider, has published new research indicating that Indian organisations show high levels of confidence in their readiness for AI security, despite notable gaps in identity governance. The report, Uncovering the Hidden Risks of the AI Race, finds that 96.8% of Indian respondents believe their identity security posture is prepared to support AI-driven automation at scale. However, 57.6% identify AI-related environments as the area in which they have the least confidence regarding identity governance, the highest proportion globally.
The survey, which covered more than 2,000 IT decision-makers across seven countries, also highlights the scale of the "shadow AI" challenge in India. ...
