India, Oct. 7 -- RAD Data Communications and HBL Engineering have partnered to deploy a networking solution to support the communication infrastructure required for Indian Railways' Kavach automatic train protection system.

The partnership comes as Indian Railways expands Kavach 4.0 across high-density and high-usage routes, increasing the requirement for reliable communications between station-based Kavach equipment, locomotives and network management systems.
