India, April 29 -- NTT DATA has announced the launch of its Software Defined Infrastructure (SDI) Services Agent, a conversational, agent-based service designed for enterprise infrastructure management. Embedded within the company's SDI Services, the multi-agent system is intended to support how organisations operate, optimise and govern AI-driven infrastructure at scale.
