India, July 9 -- L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Taiwan-based Azuremoto Technologies to collaborate on power semiconductor technologies targeting AI infrastructure and industrial applications.

The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation in silicon carbide (SiC) power semiconductor products for AI data centres, alongside rectifier and MOS-based semiconductor products aimed at industrial and consumer markets in India and overseas.
