India, Oct. 23 -- Inertial Labs, a Viavi company, has launched the INS-NV, a programmable development platform that combines an inertial navigation system (INS), an attitude and heading reference system (AHRS) and an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX module.

The platform is designed to support machine vision and navigation algorithms for alternative positioning, navigation and timing (Alt-PNT) systems. Integrating an edge AI processor with the navigation system is intended to simplify hardware and software integration and reduce development time.
