India, July 17 -- Bharti Enterprises Vice Chairman Rajan Bharti Mittal has welcomed the coming into force of the India-United Kingdom Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), saying the landmark pact will strengthen bilateral trade, investment, technology and innovation while creating new opportunities for businesses and investors in both countries.

Congratulating the governments of India and the United Kingdom, Mittal said the agreement reflects the growing strength of the bilateral partnership and marks an important step towards deeper economic cooperation.
