India, April 1 -- India's total data centre (DC) stock across major cities is projected to grow by around 30% year-on-year in 2026, supported by an estimated 500 MW of new supply, according to CBRE's India Alternate Sectors Outlook 2026 report. In 2025, total DC capacity reached approximately 1,700 MW, driven by a record 440 MW of new supply, marking a 160% increase compared with 2024.
