India, March 13 -- HFCL Limited has announced that it has signed a long-term agreement with a global multinational corporation to supply optical fibre cables through its overseas wholly owned subsidiary. The development was disclosed through a regulatory filing submitted to the BSE Limited.
Under the agreement, the company will provide high-fibre-count optical fibre cables (OFC) over a multi-year period that will run until December 2030. The contract carries an estimated potential value of around USD 1.10 billion, or approximately Rs10,159 crore, over its tenure.
