India, June 24 -- HCLTech, Circles and GreySkies have announced their participation in the TM Forum Catalyst Programme, an industry initiative that brings together communications service providers (CSPs) and technology partners to develop and demonstrate new solutions for the telecommunications sector.

As part of the programme, the three companies are collaborating with telecom operators including Circles.Life, KDDI, Orange and TELUS to develop an AI-powered multi-agent framework designed to connect customer experience, network operations and business processes within a unified operational environment.
