India, July 1 -- ESDS Software Solution has launched Swaraj Cloud, a sovereign AI cloud platform built and operated entirely in India. The platform runs on infrastructure owned by ESDS and hosted in Indian data centres, with workloads governed under Indian jurisdiction to support data residency and regulatory compliance requirements.

According to the company, Swaraj Cloud provides enterprise cloud computing, AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, developer tools and managed services while ensuring that customer data remains within India. ESDS said the platform has been developed without relying on foreign cloud infrastructure, aiming to reduce dependence on overseas providers for critical workloads.
