India, July 8 -- Druid Software, provider of specialised core network software, has acquired the team and intellectual property assets of Node-H, a Munich-based company specialising in Radio Access Network (RAN) software and User Equipment (UE) technologies.

The acquisition brings an experienced group of software engineers into Druid and adds RAN-related software expertise and intellectual property to its private networks portfolio. The move expands the company's technical capabilities in RAN software, supporting closer integration with existing RAN partners while maintaining its focus on core network software and private network solutions.
