Defence and Satcom firm Avantel records 35% revenue growth in Q1 FY27
India, July 13 -- The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 70.12 crore in the first quarter of FY27, an increase of 35.27% from Rs 51.84 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 19.26 crore, up 68.95% from Rs 11.40 crore in Q1 FY26, indicating improved operating performance. Profit before tax rose by 62.99% year-on-year to Rs 10.92 crore from Rs 6.70 crore, while profit after tax increased by 64.94% to Rs 7.62 crore compared with Rs 4.62 crore in the same period last year.
The company attributed its performance to continued execution across its business segments and demand from defence communications and the space sector.
