India, Nov. 2 -- The Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) has welcomed the Government of India's initiatives to strengthen digital security and address the growing incidence of spam, impersonation, scams and cyber fraud across communication platforms. The industry body has called for a coordinated, technology-neutral approach to security and accountability across traditional telecom networks and internet-based communication services.
