India, April 6 -- Cisco has released its inaugural State of Wireless Report, indicating that Wi-Fi is increasingly being positioned as a strategic business asset rather than a basic connectivity layer. The report suggests that investment in wireless infrastructure can generate compounding benefits across operational efficiency, employee productivity, customer engagement and revenue.
Based on a survey of more than 6,000 wireless professionals globally, the findings show that organisations which prioritise wireless as part of their broader strategy tend to realise higher business value, particularly as demand for connectivity reaches a new inflection point.
