BDIA identifies critical gaps in India's digital infrastructure
India, Aug. 20 -- The Bharath Digital Infrastructure Association (BDIA) has released SecuringIndia's Digital Foundations: A National Capability Assessment of Bharat's Digital Infrastructure Stack and Sovereign Readiness, assessing India's digital infrastructure capabilities, strategic dependencies and sovereign readiness across 29 technology domains.
The report finds that India has developed indigenous capabilities across much of the digital stack but remains dependent on foreign-controlled technologies in a small number of foundational areas that could have a disproportionate impact on national resilience.
