India, April 8 -- Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BCSSL), a BSE-listed technology company, has approved the acquisition of 100% of Global Impx (GIX), a US-based energy and digital infrastructure platform, through an all-share transaction. The decision was cleared by the company's board as part of its broader strategy to expand into infrastructure segments linked to digital and energy systems.
