India, Sept. 8 -- Amilionn Technologies (ATPL) has completed around 40% of its BharatNet Phase III optical fibre deployment in Himachal Pradesh, with the project covering 11 blocks in Mandi district.

The project, being executed for ITI Limited, began in June 2025 and involves the deployment of aerial and underground optical fibre to connect Gram Panchayats and block-level locations. The company will also operate and maintain the network for three years after commissioning.
