India, Oct. 30 -- Airtel Africa reported an 11.6% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its total customer base to 193.9 million for the half year ended 30 September 2026, as rising mobile data demand and network investments supported growth across its 14 African markets.

The company's data customer base grew 15% to 89.9 million, while data revenue increased 28% in constant currency to USD 1.57 billion. Total revenue rose 20.8% in constant currency to USD 3.82 billion during the first half of FY27.
