Hanoi, Aug. 22 -- Politburo member and President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Doan Minh Huan hosted a reception for a delegation of young leaders from the Communist Party of Vietnam, Lao People's Revolutionary Party and Cambodian People's Party in Hanoi on August 22.
